Fata & Morgana, which means ‘mirage’ in many languages, is the alias of Pawel Chojecki, Polish musician, DJ and sound engineer. Inspired by sounds from around the world, he merges slow electronic music and ethnic melodies into his deep and ingenious sets. After settling down in Berlin in 2013, he quickly found his place in the local club scene, especially at Kater Blau, which became his home club and where he was managing the sound for over 3 years. Here he started working with artists like ‘Chancha Via Circuito’ and the band ‘Matanza’, for which he was doing the sound mixing for several years. Also, he is a member of the collective ‘Feathered Sun’.
